Bio-Augmentation as an Emerging Strategy to Improve the Textile Compost Quality Using Identified Autochthonous Strains

The present investigation is devoted, for the first time, to potential of autochthonous inoculums through bio-augmentation tests improve compost quality and decrease composting time during textile waste. For this reason, three strains were isolated from a mixture waste, green paper, cardboard therefore identified as Streptomyces cellulosae, Achromobacter xylosoxidans, Serratia liquefaciens, employed using test. organic matter decaying was assessed according different doses, separately in consortium (4%, 6%, 8%), describe effect process on decaying. Indeed, these their have shown strong degradation, equally bacterial showed total carbon degradation 20.3%, Kjeldahl nitrogen 1.52%, Carbon/Nitrogen ratio 13.36. Compost maturity has been completed after only 12 weeks treatment instead 44 classical by composting. Ultimately, results, could be an emerging promising strategy accelerate solid especially case industrial Equally, it effective tool avoid accumulation waste disposal public landfills and/or nature while allowing treatment.
